Travel Mouse: Mouse Pointer does not move

Problem:
The receiver unit is connected to the USB port of the computer and the system has detected and installed the new device. But the mouse pointer still does not move.


Solution:
You need to "link" the mouse and the receiver.

To do that, proceed as follows:

1. Open the mouse, remove the batteries.
2. Put the batteries back in.
3. Connect the USB Receiver to the USB Port and wait for the system to install the mouse, this should only take a few seconds.
4. On the bottom of the mouse is a little button (RESET CHANNEL). Press
that button for about 3 secs. This links mouse and receiver together and
you can start using the mouse.

Step 4 should be performed no longer than 2 mins after Step 3. If you wait too long you have to disconnect and reconnect the receiver unit and try again.

Please note: Whenever you replace the batteries you need to perform the steps above again.
